It’s been nearly one month since Malibu city councilman Jefferson Wagner’s two houses and business were raided by the LA County District Attorney’s Office.

There has still been no disclosure from the DA what this was all about … leaving nothing but informed speculation that the issue of where Wagner’s legal domicile is located is the issue.

Wagner’s longtime residence is outside city limits … but Wagner bought a condominium inside city limits and promise voters he was making that his legal domicile.

Wagner addressed the uncertainty last night at the city Council meeting

WAGNER PROBE   : 22  QQQ:  COME TO MY DEFENSE.

“I have not heard anything from District Attorney’s Office … it’s been almost a month.

“Several hundred people have contributed … whether it’s checks or on Go Fund me.

“I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

“I don’t know how else to thank you than to stand here nd say, it means a lot to me to have several hundred people come to my defense.”

Nearly 25 thousand dollars has been raised by Wagner’s friends … in a go fund me campaign that had a target of $10,000.
