Vandals have struck at the tot lot at Malibu Bluffs Park.
City community services director Jesse Bobbett took the Parks and Recreation Commission on a tour at Bluffs Park yesterday.
It was windy … but the damage was being repaired.

“One thing we did note, if you saw in our annual budget, we do have a security system here now.
“So there are cameras here now, that you can see floating on the building.
“It really has already helped us already.
“Probably once a month or so we have some random event that happens here.
“We actually had some damage that occurred here after 3 p-m yesterday.
“So we will go back to look at the cameras.”
