Possible Serial Burglar, Possible Link To Murder, Possibly

Somebody broke a window smashed a vending machine to steal food … at a building virtually next door to the Malibu Lost Hills Sheriff Station in Calabasas yesterday.
This is news because it may be the same burglar who’s been stealing food from buildings near Malibu Creek State Park.
And that is news because of the murder last summer of Tristan Beaudet … the 35 year old Irvine man camping with his children in the park last June.
Sheriff’s detectives say the string of burglary maybe more than one person … and they are investigating whether they are related to the murder.
But we are not willing to connect the dots … one detective told the Los Angeles daily news.
KBUU News has learned that yesterday morning’s burglary was significantly different than the others.
This one was a smash and grab … the others showed a burglar who is very particular about not breaking glass or making a mess.
