Man Claims Malibu ‘Blocked’ His Emails, Gets Blasted By A Former FBI Informant

City council meetings in other cities frequently pick up gadflies who make dire accusations of financial fraud and other nefarious criminal deeds.
Malibu’s got one.
Ken Luskin … a financial analyst … has appeared repeatedly to lambaste the current city government.
Luskin doesn’t like the current form of government … he would rather have a so-called strong mayor … like big cities … instead of a professional city manager like most small cities in California.
Luskin believes that the city manager is a crook …
Luskin now says he has gone to the FBI with proof that his email is getting hacked … by the city manager … because his mail to city council members bounced.

“The only way this could happen is if someone at the highest level of Malibu city government, who also had full access to the Malibu city computer system, went into the individual accounts of each council member and then blocked my email address.
“The only person with such a high level of Computer system access, and the motivation to commit, or order someone else to commit, such an outrageously illegal act is city manager Reva Feldman.”
That was too much for Burt Ross.
Ross is the retired mayor of Fort Lee New Jersey …
He went undercover as an FBI informant to nail mafia bosses and a crooked police chief in Jersey…
That was before he retired to Malibu.
And he appeared at city council to forcefully say … Ken Luskin is full of it.

“I was shocked and horrified to hear a recording on television of a recent council meeting in which a man filled with anger charged this government with corruption and a coverup.
“He actually went so far as to state that he possessed evidence of criminal activity and he was here again today making the identical charges.
“As much as I hate political corruption, I also detest when a person recklessly “libels and slanders public officials.”
That’s Malibu resident … and former FBU informant Burt Ross.
CORRECTED AT 10PM TUESDAY: Luskin said he will go to the FBI, and that another unnamed person has already gone to the FBI, with evidence of the federal crime of the email that will not go through.
