Malibu may ban almost all types of outdoor lighting … a dark skies ordinance may be adopted that has been 20 years in the making.
The city council may authorize construction of a gate on the private street leading to Sycamore park … as it answers the fight picked by the MRCA over its alleged park plopped at the end of a private street.
And the city will review its engineer’s report on supposed errors … int he federal government’s FEMA flood maps for oceanfront property along the Malibu coast.
