Malibu is going to be counting homeless people … and given the Woolsey Fire … the number of people sleeping in cars may cause a spike in the census.
The annual Homeless Count will take place starting tomorrow … for three days.
There was a reduction in homelessness last year.
But 155 fellow humans were living on beaches … in cars or in canyons in Malibu last year.
52,765 persons countywide.
Volunteers are needed to conduct the homeless in Malibu.
