Friday Afternoon Armed Robbery Reported On PCH, Felony Arrest On Kanan-Dume

An armed robbery was reported at the Union 76 station on PCH at Latigo Canyon Rd at about 12:30 p.m. Friday.
The suspect vehicle was spotted a few minutes later on Kanan Dume Road, and a “felony stop” was conducted at Kanan-Dume at Zuma Mesa Drive, according to LA County sheriff’s deputies.
A felony stop means guns and rifles drawn by deputies, with the road closed to traffic.
No shots were fired.
Deputies are in the area investigating, and trying to find if a weapon was used at the gas station.
