Feldman Job Performance And Possible Firing Goes Before Council Again Today

Malibu’s city council will meet again to discuss Reva Feldman … the city manager under attack from a new city council member.
Feldman’s job performance review is on the agenda … as well as a possible lawsuit that puts the city at risk … and the possible dismissal of an unnamed city employee … probably Feldman.
Feldman has sent a letter to the council two weeks ago… claiming that newly elected councilman Bruce Silverstein is harassing her.
Silverstein has been criticized by a parade of city residents … who stood up to speak on behalf of Feldman … at city council meetings.
He has continued an internet campaign … and has pasted in Feldman’s photo over the picture of an orchestra conductor …
According to a freeze frame from Silverstein’s Facebook page … obtained by KBUU News … Silverstein says the line of people speaking in support of Feldman is staged by Feldman.
We quote … “The City Manager’s Well-Orchestrated Parade of Proxies … likely will continue their onslaught.“
Silverstein is unapologetic…and has reportedly filed a human resources complaint claiming that it is Feldman who is the harasser … and that it is he … whom is the victim.
The meeting starts at 3 and it there is a public comment window before the council goes into closed session.
