The city of Malibu is once again selling Dolphin Stickers for Malibu residents.
The five dollar stickers require proof of residency to be purchased.
And the LA County Sheriff’s office says it will on her the stickers … but only at what they call soft closures.
Those are roadblocks ended allowing residents only to enter an area … such as when flooding blocks a road to through traffic.
The dolphin stickers will not get anyone through a hard closure … such as the evacuatiins that infuriated Malibu residents during the recent fire.
