The biggest open secret in Malibu can finally be revealed.
Malibu Ocean Elementary School’s kids parents and staff has picked the narwhal as its mascot.
And blue and green as the school colors.
Malibu Ocean Elementary School is the proposed name for Point Dume’s school.
The Santa Monica Malibu school board will vote tomorrow on that proposed name … mascot and colors .
Students, staff, parents and community members gave staff over 200 suggestions through a survey.
Green and blue were picked as the school colors with a narwhal being chosen as the school mascot for the newly.
KBUU observes that malibu Ocean Elementary School will doubtlessly be referred to in shorthand by the acronym MOES … and our suggested mascot … the Point Dume MOES Tavernkeepers … has apparently been rejected.
