City May Offer $5000 Reward For Camper Slaying Info

It’s been two weeks now… since a camper in Malibu Creek State Park was shot and killed.
Tristan Beaudette was murdered as he slept in his tent with his two young daughters while on a camping trip.
The campground remains closed.
One person was apparently shot a week before that … although details of that incident have not been released.
And there was string of 6 shootings over a year period … that ended more than a year ago.
Detectives still say they have no evidence linking the incidents … but are not ruling anything out.
Malibu mayor Rick Mullen is asking the City Council to offer a $5000 reward for information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
That goes up for a vote on Monday.
