But a letter written from the company to the City of Malibu stops short of saying the pole meets legal standards … an assurance requested by the city manager.

In far away South Africa … the trial of the killer of a Malibu woman is stuck.
Gabriella Kabrins Alban was murdered near Cape Town … her on again off again boyfriend Diego Novella has confessed.
But he blames drugs and says he is not responsible.
He now is claiming insanity.
The judge isn’t buying it.
The trial has been going on for one year … and Malibu resident Howdy Kabrins has been there the whole time.
The defense’s final arguments could not be delivered yesterday as scheduked while tghe defendant is acting bizarrely in court.
A verdict was expected by the end of this month … but that now seems unlikely.
