At Monday night’s city council meeting … one Malibu resident complained gently … and said many people in Malibu have moved here to get away from these sort of problems.
And called feeding them a bandaid, because once the homeless people are fed … where are they going to go??
And councilman Laura Rosenthal said she was concerned … that the program concentrate on homeless people in malibu … and not people who commute in from other palces to be fed and cared for.
