The city warns of signals out on the wrong place … Friday.

And traffic is flowing freely on this Spring Break Light Day everywhere in L-A County.

Everywhere except those three signals at the Malibu Civic Center.

Winds will be gentle.

Downcoast winds …  (((   around 10   )))) miles per hour this afternoon.

Sunset tonight is at   ((((    7:15   )))).

After that … (((  late night and early morning coastal clouds and mountain fog   )))) tonight … low ((((  54    )))) beaches …  ((((  50  )))) mountains and canyons.

Tomorrow should be   ((((  much the same    )))).

And it will be like this thru Friday … showers like Saturday.

The lifeguards say the waves today are   ((((  1 to 3  )))) feet high ….

((((  Kinda flat now … wind swell maybe later but not much.  ))))

Those are ((((  poor to fair )))) surfing conditions …. according to the lifeguards.

(((((  High tide  – 4.3 feet – is at  11:39 this morning.

Low tide is at 5:22 p.m.

And a second high tide … 5 point 1 feet … will crest at 11:34 tonight.  ))))
