Late word this morning … another Larry Ellison purchase on Billionaire’s beach.
T M Z is reporting that Larry Ellison … is buying his 12th property in central Malibu.
Ellison just bought the 7-bedroom, 8-bath home being sold by movie producee Joel Silver.
The house was originally listed for 52 million … Ellison is reportedly paying 38 million dollars.
Ellison got it at a great deal.
Bought his first Carbon Beach property back in 2002.
He now owns property up and down the beach … as well as the land beneath Nobu and Soho House …
Nobu is the restaurant facing possible city court action for overloading its sewage system … parking lot and violating other parts of its city permit.
