Plastic Water Bottle Ban Examined For Malibu

A ban on plastic water bottles sales and use in Malibu is being discussed at Malibu city council next week.
City staff is asking the city council what to do.
They are considering a limited ban on all plastic beverage bottles … smaller than one liter … at City-owned facilities.
Or maybe … a ban on packaged water at City-owned facilities … such as in the City of San Francisco.
The city council may decide to do this on city hall property … or citywide.
