MRCA ‘Round Up’ In Puerco Cyn Alleged

An uproar is brewing over the spraying of Round Up … a weed killer … on the side of the road in Puerco Canyon.
Neighborhood activists took picture or contract crews … apparently working fo the M R C A … the Mountains Resource Conservation Agency … spraying the side road with the herbicide.
That is specifically prohibited in L-A County … up the hill … where the M R C A is developing a campground and park site above Malibu.
It may also be in violation of city regulations … where the spraying of weed killing chemicals is prohibited in environmentally sensitive areas.
This news development is brewing on social media … and creating quite a buzz… we’ll be chasing down the details and have a further report.
