27-Year-Old Biker From Tarzana Killed On Stunt Road

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Stunt Road … above Mulholland Highway … yesterday.
was thrown from his 2015 Honda CBR 600 RR after crashing into the mountainside.
The crash was originally reported as a car versus motorcycle wreck …. but later investigations brought CHP officers to the conclusion that no other vehicle was involved.
The crash occurred about 11 a.m. Sunday on Stunt Road south
of Mulholland Highway.
The rider had been on a steep and winding section of Stunt Road … as it goes up Saddle Peak above the Cold Creek Canyon neighborhood … on the Calabasas side of the mountain.
That road … like Mulholland Highway and others branching off of Mulholland … is beset by speeding cars and motorcycles … which seem to be increasing in numbers.
Paramedics and rescue helicopters are called on an almost hourly basis on weekends.
